Rehydrate patties as soon as a can is opened. Use enough lukewarm (90-100 F) salted water to cover the meat. Handle patties carefully as they may break easily. Soak for 5-10 minutes or until patties are moistened and fully reconstituted. If any hard spots are felt, soak an additional 5-10 minutes. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThese chicken patties are current production over-runs, manufactured in 2026, from a large military defense contractor. We just purchased a large lot of these from a Defense Reutilization Office (DRO) Source. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eAlthough the actual use is always classified on these kinds of bids, our information is that these are purchased for the executive branch use.
